Hello everyone! We have made some minor changes in our staff organization to make things easier for us as a team and also for you.
First of all, we are getting rid of the Game Developer [GD] tag. So now you might be wondering, what would happen to the GDs - well, our previous GDs, PrimalMudkip and Slyfix have officially been promoted to Admins. I must say that they have earned this through a lot of hard work and time. For those of you who don’t know, a couple of months ago, I was going through my finals so Slyfix and PrimalMudkip made sure Wizry was being taken cared of as well as doing what they can to manage the staff team as well as producing content for you to enjoy. With that said, there won’t be any noticeable changes with what they do besides their tags.
Admin Responsibilities: Helping everyone throughout the network, Staff team management, Moderating our Forums and Voice Chat servers, Announcing/Judging contests and basically a bit of everything!
Secondly, we are also making some changes to the Event Managers [EM]. Previously, event managers have been known to host events on the server, as given by the name but now that we have gotten rid of the [GD] tag, we will be expanding the role of Event Managers. With that change, we are changing [EM] to [GM], which stands for Game Master. Furthermore, Game Masters will continue to host events as they have before but in addition to that, they will also be working on game development, for example: Item Creation, Quest Design, Loots etc. WilliamHansolo will continue to lead the GM team as Head-Game Master while working closely with our admins and myself and as a team, we will do our best to create content that you will continue to enjoy!
With these changes being applied, we believe that it will improve communication amongst staff and players and also increase production on our server. We hope that you all have had an awesome summer and also enjoying our Shifting Sands Update!
